Very good team and patient to answer any questions.Tracy is very professional and during the site visit, she explained everything very well to me, and describe which will be the best for our household use.Ben did the install for us and was also absolutely brilliant. He is experienced, also very kind and polite. You won't expect installer to be such polite and again answer all the questions that i have. The install was done in a very high standard as well.Even after installing the system I have more questions and both Tracy and Ben both offered a lot of support which is absolutely amazing.Highly recommend them if you need to install the system.

I called in W E Softeners after it became clear my regular plumber didn't understand softeners at all. They really know their stuff. They are very helpful. They install high quality products not cheap rubbish. And Ben, the nice guy who did our installation, only took five hours even though the unit was going into quite an awkward space. So I'm very pleased. Highly recommended.
